PLACING AN ORDER
There is no minimum order. Shipping and aplicable State Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out. To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.
When ordering bows, please keep in mind that all hairbows are hand-made and crafted to your design. Please be as detailed with your expectations as possible.
SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where
you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any
difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
PAYMENTS
We accept credit cards through Paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. If you prefer not to order online you can call in your credit card order to 505.720.6576, the credit card must be in your procession at time of call.
(Check/Money Order Payments: Please make checks payable to Some Things 2 CHEER 4. Your order will not ship until your check clears the bank. There will be a $30 service charge for all returned checks.) All group orders paid by check must have a 50% down-payment (and the remaining balance will be due upon pick up/delivery.) When mailing in orders, add applicable shipping charges (call prior to get quote on shipping), add insurance if needed.
PRODUCT COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
DELIVERY TIME - Our business is located in Albuquerque, NM and prior arrangements can be made for pick up or delivery. Orders exceeding $50 will be delivered at no charge (limited to Albuquerque area only.)
Because most of our products are special, made-to-order items, shipping times given in a product description are estimates. We put great creativeness into our artwork, so please be patient about the delivery time frame. Current ship time is two weeks. For mass orders, it may take a few days longer-we'll keep you informed throughout the order process.
Keep in mind that all hairbows and gifts are custom-made to order. If it is going to take a week longer, we will email you to let you know. (If you need an emergency bow please call or email us with your request to see if we can accommodate the expedited turnaround request.) Hairbow orders will be shipped in a box to prevent them from being crushed. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped.
Competition Hairbows: We recommend that you order as early as possible to avoid the RUSH when competition season begins.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Hairbow Orders: We take pride in making high quality bow’tique bows and gift items. We inspect every item before shipping. If you're unsure of a color you can order a color swatch. We do not except exchanges or refunds due to each bow/item is custom made to your specifications. If we sent a defected product we’ll exchange or repair the product within 30 days from date of purchase. You will be asked to send the product back to us before we can exchange or repair the product. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges.
Hand-Painted Gift Items: In most cases we hand-paint every item as special orders, just for you. Because of this, hand-crafted items cannot be returned, as they were made exclusively for you. We cannot refund personalized items unless the error was clearly ours. Gifts that have been personalized are not returnable unless the item is defective-If an item has been incorrectly personalized due to our error, we will be happy to replace it. Your satisfaction is important to us. So if you have a problem, contact us one of the ways listed in the Contact Us homepage. Refunds must be submitted not later then 30 days from purchase date. You will receive an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Refund/exchange policy applies to U.S. orders only. Sorry, but we cannot refund original shipping charges.
Other Items: Exchanges and Returns will not be accepted without a pre-authorization code. All returns will be applied towards a store credit. You will need to email us to obtain a return/exchange code and for our return instructions. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a refund and come from a smoke free home. Jewelry exchanges, due to the nature of the product, will only be allowed if the exchange request is due to a manufacturer's defect.

Please understand that each piece is made-to-order, just for you, so there will be slight variations from the online images and your personal order. Hand-painted artwork is a unique item. We hope you will enjoy yours. Even though our work is made to be displayed in a child’s room, please remember that all of our products are for decorative purposes only. Please keep all artwork out of the reach of small children. Some products may contain small pieces that could pose a choking hazard. We cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in injury that involve any products sold on 2cheer4.net/.com. You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this web site when you use it. We will revise and update terms and conditions at our discretion. Refer back to this page periodically for any changes in terms or conditions. From time to time there may be information on Some Things 2CHEER4.net that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. SHIPPING
We ship 'in-stock' items within 36 hours, but custom orders will be handled on an individual basis and the normal turn-around is stated when ordering. If a combination of in-stock items and custom items are ordered we will complete the order under the custom item time-frame. This allows us to save on additional shipping and handling costs. If you require the in-stock items sooner, please let us know as we would be happy to ship those items as first.

TAXES
Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out. New Mexico residents add 6.8750% state sales tax.
